I love this necklace!! So stinking cute, and goes with everything!! Their customer service was also amazing! On my first wear, the heart came off of the necklace, but I was able to clamp it back on. I touched base with their customer service (shout out to Courtney at Beljoy!) and they apologized and resolved the issue so quickly, and sent me a new one. I have had no issues with the replacement one, so I think the other one was just a fluke in the batch! I have another necklace from there that I love and is also great quality! I heard about Beljoy from a boutique who partnered with selling Beljoy jewelry.
